One system, one piece of software
Our aixPES system is used by countless customers in industry and research. Almost 20 years after its initial development, it has become the industry benchmark. It was therefore no surprise that customers would eventually ask for an automated system. And just like every other challenge our customers give us, we were happy to help. Based on our experiences in automation with the DBLI systems, we modified the software and hardware to fit the new requirements.
Highly sophisticated and flexible
We built our first aixSCAN systems for use with bulk arrays. This application uses xy positioning tables. These are fitted with contact points for high-voltage contacting and determining material displacement.
The most challenging project, however, was the development of the TNT (Through Nozzle Testbench) for characterizing thin film print heads. This highly sophisticated system offers excellent flexibility.
