Force Controllers

Force control is a key part of our aixCMA systems, as many applications require high control flexibility.

Excellent flexibility

That is why we rely on a self-designed system that fits perfectly into the modular design concept of our measurement units. As a result, the same controller can be used in both MEMS systems for controlling µN and in multilayers with dynamic forces of several kN.
